 The residential area of Splitska (with a population of ca 250 inhabitants) lies on the north side of the island, 6 km away from the ferry port of Supetar.

As the magnificent bay of Splitska appeals to many tourists, especially in summer, there might be a significant increase in its inhabitants. At the moment, Splitska benefits from only 3 restaurants, a few espresso bars and a small shop. There is a supermarket on the outskirts of Splitska, on the way to Supetar.

For rent, a property provides main house, smaller house and an open courtyard in-between them, 200m away from the sea.

The main house is arranged on two levels: the ground floor and the first floor.

The ground floor benefits from hallway, bathroom with shower, kitchen, and spacious sitting room. The internal stairway leads to the first floor featuring a spacious bedroom and opening onto a 20 sqm terrace.

The recently built smaller house is arranged on two levels, too. Its ground floor features a kitchen, sitting room, and bathroom. Internal stairway to the first floor featuring further a bedroom and terrace. Completely fitted and furnished (washing machine, TV, air-conditioner).

A typical Dalmatian open courtyard stretches in between these two houses, thus preserving the complete privacy and quiet of the property.
